Corporate Membership
This class of membership is held by an entity to promote its business purposes. It consists of at least two (2), but may consist of up to five (5) Sponsored Memberships. There are two (2) classes of Sponsored Memberships: Sponsored Equity Memberships and Sponsored Associate Memberships. The Corporate Member may designate one employee (any person over 21 years of age) as the user of each Sponsored Membership.
The person designated to use the Sponsored Equity Memberships has unlimited use of the golf course, golf practice facilities, fitness center and exercise classes, dining/lounge facilities and participation in Club-sponsored golf and social events. The spouse and dependent children 25 years and younger of the person designated to use the Sponsored Equity Membership are also included. All shares, interest and voting rights in the Club or the Club’s assets generally held by Equity Members shall be held by the Corporate Member.
The person designated to use the Sponsored Associate Membership has limited rights of membership. This individual shall have access to the golf course, golf practice facilities, fitness center and exercise classes, dining/lounge facilities and participation in Club-sponsored golf and social events. The number of monthly rounds of golf, the individual designated to use the Sponsored Associate Membership, may play is eight (8). The individual designated to use the Sponsored Associate Membership may play in all tournaments for which they are eligible on a space available basis. They are not eligible for any of the Club Championships or Club Championship flights. The spouse and dependent children 25 years and younger of the individual designated to use the Sponsored Associate Membership shall have access to fitness center and exercise classes, dining/lounge facilities and participation in Club-sponsored social events, but shall not have access to the golf course or locker rooms.
SIGN UP FEE: $500.00 if the Corporate Member signs an agreement guaranteeing the payment of dues and fees for each Sponsored Membership for twenty-four (24) months. This twenty-four (24) month guarantee will be null and void if the Corporate Member provides documentation it has ceased operations or the Corporate Member closes its operation in the Cache Valley Area.

SIGN UP FEES: The Sign up Fee for the first 5 Corporate Memberships sold on or before November 1, 2010 will be reduced from $2500.00 to $500.00 if the new Corporate Member signs an agreement guaranteeing the payment of dues and fees for each Sponsored Membership for twenty-four (24) months. This twenty-four (24) month guarantee will be null and void if the Corporate Member provides documentation it has ceased operations or the Corporate Member closes its operation in the Cache Valley Area.
MONTHLY DUES: The first 5 new Corporate Members invited to join Logan Golf and Country Club on or before November 1, 2010 will pay monthly dues of $25.00 for each of their Sponsored Members until June 1, 2010. However, they will be obligating themselves to a minimum term of membership through May 31, 2011 and shall be subject to all applicable dues, fees and charges after June 1, 2010. CLUB CREDITS: The first 5 new Corporate Members invited to join Logan Golf and Country Club on or before November 1, 2010 will receive a $100.00 club credit for each Sponsored Equity Membership they sign up for as a thank you for joining the Club. These credits can be used to purchase anything at the Club (drinks, food, lockers, cart rentals, club storage, lessons, items from the pro shop, etc.) These club credits for the new Member will commence upon the payment of full dues. These credits may not be used to pay dues or fees.
*All Memberships are subject to a $30.00 monthly or $90.00 quarterly Food Minimum.
